With one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms the bungalow will sleep up to six people comfortably.

There is a fully fitted and spacious bathroom with bath, shower and WC. A utility room, complete with sink and washing machine, also has an additional WC facility. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.

The comfortable wood floored living room has a large plasma TV with freeview satellite and a DVD player.

Outside there is a large carport, a covered BBQ area with table tennis. There is a football pitch for the children. There are woodland walks, a nature reserve and a 2 and a half acre wild life pond where fishing is available on request.

This is an ideal place to get away from it all or as a base to explore the beautiful Mid Wales countryside and beyond. The Cambrian Coast is approximately 45 minutes away by car.

The village of Abermule, with its friendly village shop and two pubs both with restaurants, is 1.5 miles away. The nearest large town is Newtown Powys at 5 miles. The famous market town of Welshpool is 8 miles from the cottage. Historical Montgomery, with its beautiful castle is 6 miles away. Not forgetting Dolforwyn Castle which looks down upon the village of Abermule.
